Karina Ramos grew up in El Salvador and moved to the United States in 2008. She has always had a passion for law as she attended law school in her home country and moved here to continue her education and build a career in the legal field. Karina is a litigation senior paralegal and assists attorneys on a variety of cases before the Board of Immigration Appeals, U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, and U.S. District Court.
Karina enjoys helping clients with their immigration journey and empathizes with them through her own personal experience. She obtained an associate degree in Paralegal Studies from Northern Virginia Community College. While attending college, she volunteered at the Neighborhood Outreach Program at the Fairfax Bar Association. In her free time, Karina enjoys going on long hikes, spending weekends on the river kayaking, or relaxing at home with family and friends.
